Chosen to add a touch of organic-inspired elegance, realistic faux shagreen’s appearance can vary due to the stamp application. While seaming is common, minor cracks may occur at the joints, and minor flaking can appear over time, this material is a favorite in our selection for the charm it brings each piece, allowing our designs to honor a timeless texture.
Keep in mind that pieces made with this material are best for indoor use, as excessive moisture can cause cracking and lifting. Changes in light and the environment can also impact how the color is perceived.
