Keep mosquitos and evil spirits away with our Haint (pronounced haunt) Blue Citronella soy candle! Perfect for your summer outdoor gatherings, citronella is a natural bug and mosquito repellant. Infused with notes of persimmon and citron, it smells great while also keeping those pesky mosquitos away.
Haint is a Gullah term for evil spirits or ghosts, and it was believed that the Haint blue color warded off these not-so-welcome visitors. The belief is that the color would mimic the blue sky and haints would pass by the home. Painting porch ceilings Haint blue has become a long-honored tradition in Charleston and the lowcountry.

- Candles are hand-poured in small batches locally in Charleston, SC.

Direct Ship from Manufacture: Orders will ship to you direct from the manufacturer. Orders typically ship within 10-15 business days.
