Nestled just off one of the only remaining cobblestone streets in the historic district of Charleston, South Carolina is our Circa 1796 project. This home was built in - you guessed it - 1796. Our clients were from New York and wanted to purchase a home that had the traditional Charleston charm, but they brought in the Megan Molten team to give it a modern twist. Several of the rooms in this home were styled with large floral arrangements to make a simplified statement. One of our favorite rooms is the tiny powder bath which we covered in Gucci wallpaper.
